How do I configure the system to request a password when a user logs in?
From the Security menu, select Security Policy. Change Password Required to Y. Change other password policy details as required.
Remember: Set a password for each user before closing the program otherwise you will not be able to log in. Security > User Details.
How are dates formatted?
Dates are formatted according to the regional and date format settings of your PC. Dates may be displayed in Short or Long date format.
Additional date formats may be defined in System Configuration to be used when performing a mail merge.
